⛔ All Sales Are Final: Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our product, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

1 Policy Overview

Stake Pro Panel provides digital software products, including Chrome Extension licenses, Android APK access, and credit packs. Because these products are delivered instantly and electronically, we are unable to "take back" access once it has been granted. As such, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all purchases made on our platform.

By purchasing any product or service from Stake Pro Panel, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy and waive any right to charge-back, dispute, or reclaim payments.

2 What Is Not Refundable

The following purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Lifetime Key Access licenses
  • Credit packs (50, 100, 250, or 500 credits)
  • Partial or unused credits remaining in your account
  • Any top-up or renewal payments
  • Purchases made by accident or without fully reading the product description
  • Purchases where you claim the Service "did not work as expected" after usage
  • Purchases where your account was suspended due to a Terms of Service violation

3 Why We Have This Policy

Digital software products cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can. Once a license key or credit pack is delivered and accessed, the value has been transferred. This policy exists because:

  • License keys are unique and tied to your account upon delivery.
  • Credits are consumed upon use and cannot be recovered.
  • Our product delivers real-time data access that cannot be "un-used".
  • This policy prevents abuse and fraud that would harm all legitimate users.

4 Exceptional Circumstances

⚠️ Rare Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, consider partial credit (not a cash refund) in extraordinary cases. This is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may consider a case on an exceptional basis only if:

  • The Service was completely inaccessible for an extended period (>72 hours) due to a verified fault on our end, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a proven payment system error.

In such cases, we may offer account credits equivalent to the affected period, not a monetary refund. To report such an issue, contact us via Telegram within 48 hours of the incident.

5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor after using our Service is considered fraudulent activity and a violation of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a chargeback:

  • Your account will be permanently banned immediately.
  • All license keys associated with your account will be revoked.
  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal means.
  • Your details may be reported to fraud prevention databases.
