These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Stake Pro Panel, including its website, Chrome Extension, Android APK, and Telegram bot (collectively the "Service"), operated by Stake Pro Panel ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2 License Grant

Upon purchase of a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your license key to any third party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the extension.
• Using the Service to create a competing product or service.
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices within the Service.

3 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Keep your license key and login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Accept full responsibility for any activities conducted under your account.

4 Gambling Disclaimer

Our Service is an informational and analytical tool. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation that use of the Service will result in any financial gain. The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

5 Intellectual Property
